I just think the Panthers are "better." And I also think the matchups are in the Panthers' favor. Manning can't throw deep. The Broncos do have a running game, and their path to victory, I think, would involve Thomas Davis being unable to play, and them winning a slugfest with Anderson having a big, MVP winning game. The Panthers have the best offense in the NFL by PPG, and they've kept it rolling in the playoffs. If the Broncos keep the Panthers in the low 20s that'll be a very good performance. Then look at the other side...I think it'll take a very good performance by their offense to get to the low 20s. To me, the only way that formula gets upended is if the Broncos' running game wins the day. It could happen, they run the ball well. But you wouldn't predict it.
