Chicago Fire. I'll list several reasons.

The Best Fans in the MLS. Period. Ask around.

Where else do you learn how to chant in a Polish accent? "Go Fire! Go Fire! She-Ka-Go!"

    Peter Wilt says I'm RIGHT.

    Homemade Spanikopita.

Red is just a freaking awesome color.

    Puma.

    Jimmy Curtin's Writing Skills: http://www.chicago-fire.com/pressbox/firefeature/2003_0502.asp

    Back Massages.

The most heated rivalry in MLS. Just watch a Chicago-Dallas game. Brimstone Cup. Check out the 2001 Cautions:

    September 08, 2001
    Cautions/Cards:
CHI Jesse Marsch Reckless Foul 11
DAL Eric Dade Tactical Foul 16
DAL Ryan Suarez Ungentlemanly Conduct 31
CHI Ante Razov Ungentlemanly Conduct 31
DAL Richard Farrer Reckless Foul 40
CHI David Vaudreuil Delay of Game 83

    Saturday, July 21, 2001
    Cautions/Cards:
DAL Richard Farrer Delay of Game - Restart 36
CHI Dema Kovalenko Reckless Foul 62
DAL Matt Jordan Reckless Foul 74
DAL Lubos Kubik –RED- Illegally Entering Field 74

    Saturday, April 21, 2001

    Cautions/Cards:
    DAL Pareja 17
    CHI Whitfield 32
    DAL Suarez 48
    CHI Wolyniec 49
    DAL Deering 51
    DAL Graziani 86

    "Fire" doesn't sound so dorky.

    My avatar.

Only expansion team in sports history (not just soccer) to win the Championship its first year.

We have a roster filled with hot men. Oh wait, sorry, that's just me. ;)

Fire because we are sworn enemies of LA and Metro, and what more could you ask for in a club?

Gotta go with Columbus. We have our own stadium (first in MLS), The first ever MLS draft pick, we send players abroad and they do well (friedel, stern john, bmb), historically we have very loyal and passionate fans. You really can't go wrong with Columbus.

You should support Earthquakes. They have the best player in the league (Donovan).

P.S. You should take that ugly hoe off your avatar. :p

    Seems like an easy choice.

    Haven't you heard?

WHOS THE BEST? FIRE!! WHO? FIRE!!

Seriously, an all around class act.

If your a National Team fan, ya got Beasely, Bocanegra and Armas.

Look for Razov to be lethal this season.

Would you yourself actually be caught dead sportin any of the lame jerseys the other teams have? Think about it. Really now, have you seen Columbus' logo? negates their nice stadium AND McBride ( a Chicagoland native and National team hero, too bad he's stuck in cow town)

AND Bethany is right, of course. Go ahead, ask her.

    DC United.

1.) Like our British friend said, it's the only team in the league that sounds like a football team.

2.) Best fans in the league. Section 8 is formidable, but without bouncing stands, you're just another supporters club.

3.)RFK. Only the Rosebowl can match it for it's historical importance to US soccer, and that's only because it got the WC and WWC finals.

4.) History. "Three stars on the shirt, Alan Rothenberg still gleaming....." :D. Plus, we have the distinction of having a hemespherical title.

5.) I don't know who Bethany is, but I'm pretty sure she's wrong on this one.

    You should support DC United.

The fans. When supporters of DC's most hated rival (MetroScum) call me after a match between the two teams and tell me how great the Screaming Eagles and Barra Brava were....I don't think you'd get that from any other opposing fans in MLS.

The front office. Continually committed to keeping fans happy. Organized a "meet the coach" session last season while the team was mired in a scoring slump and Ray fielded some tough, tough questions. And brought beer for all the folks who were able to make it out.

The people. Nico, you've met United fans in Miami. You know how great these folks are.

The team. Nick Rimando had a tough first match, but he's quickly rounded himself into form. At this point, as for all of last season, I wouldn't trade him for any other GK in MLS. A rock-solid defense.

C'mon, Nico. Stop fighting it. :D

Nico should still be a DC fan, though. :D

You obviously haven't seen us. I have to step down from Section 8 when we're jumping because normally I don't wear a sports bra!!!!!

Hi! I'm Bethany! And I'm right.
