That's a very nice one but to decide we must have them all! The first two above were not anywhere near as nice as this one, however.

Commercial interests are really taking over the team names. Admira Wacker Moedling is now calling itself HEROLD Admira - Wir Niederösterreicher. Yes, in all caps. The cigarette brand Memphis is larger and more prominent than Austria on the Austria Wien logo. And of course, we've now got FC Superfund. I guess this is what happens when teams' finances are hurting. Not a good sign from my perspective.
Normally, GAK also has got "Liebherr" on its logo, that "Wir Niederösterreicher"-Part in Admira's logo should be a symbol for the community of Niederösterreich (a region of Austria), Mödling is in that region. It should show that Admira is the club for all the people from Niederösterreich.
Yes, I do understand that only HEROLD is the commercial part of Admira's new name. This may be an off-topic tangent, but do you think Niederösterreich will ever embrace Admira as its team? It went from being a Suedstadt team to merging with and identifying more with Mödling. Now it's being explicit about appealing to the entire provice. I think it's going to continue to have difficulty capturing the imagination of Niederösterreicher, though. It's just too close to Vienna, and many folks in the area support either Austria Wien or Rapid Wien.
I would say all the people from Niederösterreich still see FC Sankt Pölten as their club. But after the club was erased through financial problems, they don't really care about soccer anymore, or are Rapid, Austria or Sturm-Fans...
SV PASCHING = Stupid logo, stupid new name. SV MATTERSBURG = Meh. STURM GRAZ = Really cool name, somewhat cartoonish logo. Did they have a cooler logo back in the day? GRAZ AK = Ugly, uninspired. SW BREGENZ = Not so bad. FC KÄRNTEN = Ugly logo, terrible color scheme. ADMIRA WACKER MÖDLING = Awesome logo, awesome name (except for the Mödling part - they should just call themselves Admira Wacker Wien). SV SALZBURG = Another bland, uninspired logo. AUSTRIA VIENNA = Meh. RAPID VIENNA = Nice logo, goes well with the new "Kanonier" unis. And the winner is: Admira Wacker Wien! In a horserace over Rapid Wien.

I was going through these last night with my buddy, who is from St. Pölten and is (used to be) an FC St. Pölten fan. He hit the nail on the head when he said most of these logos look like they were designed by marketing experts, and not by soccer fans. He also said the Admira logo is relatively new. If that's the case, Admira were the only ones who got the damn logo right.
I think the old logo looks much better than the current one... It tells more about the club's colours and shouldn't have been changed. No logo from the whole league has a bit of tradition in it... It's modern or it's commercial...
MLS logos better than Austrian League wow... a league who has logos that are worse than MLS's... impressive. the one with Memphis on it is miserable... and the only one that is decent is the Admiria one... aside from that, the rest are crap.
