Which team should have a forum? We recently lost the AS Roma forum due to low traffic. However, it might be possible to get a replacement ... if so, which team deserves its own forum?
My "step side" of the FAMILY is from Genoa and my dad retired there so if you don't add Sampdoria there could be trouble!
... and the fans in Serie C1 will be enjoying Genoa's uniforms next season. What happened to my fellow Reggina fans? VOTE!
Okay, who's the wise guy who voted for "Other" and didn't post WHICH team .... Chievo? Udinese? Palermo? Brescia? Come on!
Great, Roma's leading. Since their forum had ZERO traffic most of this season, we'd have to do some dancing to justify re-adding it. Roma fans, you have to do more than vote here. I've created a Roma thread in the Team Forums board. Here it is: https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=55146 BTW, if you vote for other, please let me know who you are voting for, and I'll add them as a choice to the poll.
Sampdoria... Gullit, Mancini, Lombardo, Vialli, and who know's what stars will be wearing the most beautiful shirt in Italy.
Not looking good for Marquez' move ... bumping this. Please vote. Any Roma fans who voted for them into the lead don't seem to be posting anywhere to justify. For me, Samp and Parma are the two most likely, given poll results and recent posting activity.
Samp will come strong. I'm going to let some of my Cybersampers know of this site as well. -- Some fans are unhappy with the loan deals, but Samp can't afford to buy all the talent they need to stay up in Serie A.
Instead of this poll(which is meaningless). You just say to the supporters that if you want your own forum than get to 100 replies in your thread by said date.
Spartak, it's not meaningless. We humble moderators really don't have the power to say "100 posts and you get a forum". It's all (poll + traffic) a way to help justify our (mods') case with the BigSoccer administrators to get a new forum (or forums). Actually, Dante couldn't wait for my "slow and careful" approach and has already requested a Samp board, but there hasn't been any reaction to his request from the admins as yet. As for post count, when the Roma board got dumped, we made the mistake of not asking that they keep all the old threads somewhere, so the Roma post counts aren't terribly representative. Of course, they were mostly mr magoo's troll threads, so now that I think about it, maybe it wasn't a mistake. In answer to the question of how long it stays open, I was actually thinking of running it thru most of the summer ... OR till we get a new board ... whichever comes first. There's no real consensus in the poll yet, and frankly, a few dozen total votes isn't terribly impressive.
