Which is better for the future of Canadian soccer: its own league or Tor, Van, Mon in MLS?

    To say that CIS isn't a high level of competition tends to show your ignorance.

    Or that they choose to go the path knowing they don't have to worry about paying their education. These include players that have been drafter. As well, they can go to the bus leagues when their done. The emphasis on the NHL is gone.

    Sorry, Jr's would still be considered part of the so-called "academy" system.

    You may have a point in your response re differences between the jumior and academy systems, though it's still a long way from a collegiate system as well.

    But I was keeping the focus on whether or not we should reject ideas because they are European, and in that my response is complete and I have made no errors.

    read it...realitively few go on to NHL careers...

    jr players are better informed now then when I was that age...many more now go to the Uni route after jr days instead of the bus leagues they understand the reality of their future should they not make the bigtime, finish your education it's a sure thing...
