which countries have professional leagues in top divisions?

    every country in central America

    except Belize they are now semi-pro as of 2001

    Nicaragua has a top flight but is very weak

    So the players in the Nicaraguan league make enough money to not have a second job?? Probably Belize is the worst, they have a small population just like a Guatemalan department should around 300,000.
