Which 32 teams do you think will qualify for Qatar 2022?

    All I can say is that the Saudis are better than us. Maybe not as good as Japan, but they definitely had our measure in qualifying. Playing in Qatar would have suited them as well. Even though playing conditions are pretty good in these stadiums, players are putting up with intense heat on training grounds and elsewhere away from the stadiums.

    They are? I thought it was nice that time of year. Average Doha temperature (according to weatherbase.com) is low 70s F with dew points around 60F. So a bit humid but not what I would call "intense heat"

    I think he meant in June, during the three qualifying matches that were just held.

    Check June temperatures. I was referring to when the playoffs happened , not when the World Cup is on.
