He'd sell pretty well in either position, because of the passable secondary he'll have. His knock on being a IM, is his wretched passing, with passing be more important now, that could hurt. But the passable defense would make him a decent defensive mid. Also a lot of people don't do searches for a position, they just search based on the skills, meaning they leave the listed screen blank. I would most likely list him as a PM though, good trainers will find him if they wanna train him as a defender.
I don't think it matters too much, AFAIK most managers search by skill and completely ignore the positional listing.
