Probably heading out from KC for the game this weekend, but I still don't know yet, and might not know for a day or two. So I have a couple questions... - I'd assume the game will sell out if it already hasn't, so has it sold out? If it hasn't do you guys think it will sell out before saturday or with the walk-up crowd? - If the game is sold out where would I be able to get a ticket? Is scalping legal in California or do ticket brokers deal with Galaxy tickets out there that I could call and get some tickets from? I think that's about it. Hopefully I'll know by tonight and go ahead and get my tickets online if there are any left.
it's not sold out yet and most people don't believe it will be. check out ticketmaster.com for the availability of tix. as far as scalpers, i believe it's legal as long as the scalpers don't sell the tix for ABOVE face value. however, i don't know if there were any scalpers for the opening day game, and if there weren't, i doubt there would be for the 2nd game.
Actually, I was approached by a scalper as I walked up to Victoria Street about 2 hours before game time last Saturday. I really felt like the sport had "arrived" if guys were actually scalping tickets. Not sure on the legality - some places ban resale within a certain distance of the event. Others require a ticket broker license as a condition of resale. etc. But, since you can go through Ticketbastard and get the ticket held at Will Call, that's probably your best best.

Booked the flight this afternoon. Just checked ServiceChargeMaster and they're selling tickets for section 230, so it looks like there is plenty of tickets left, so good news for me. When I figure out where my hotel is at I might pop back here to figure out how close/far it is and how to get there. Thanks.
