Where to find NASL Stats--Each team, each scorer?

There is a book that is no longer in print called "The History of the NASL." The author if I rember correctly had a hispanic name.

I saw it a few weeks ago at the Soccer Hall of Fame in Oneonta, NY. They are sold there. It had year-to-year rosters and stats for every team. I would get in contact with the Hall's gift shop.

 

LOL. He's actually English. It's pronounced "Joe-sss."

Colin's book will give you exactly what you need. They pop up on eBay for obscene prices, so I'd go with the HOF suggestion.

IIRC, that's not the title, either; BION, I have my nose in the thing every night, but I'm drawing a blank on the name. Just ask for the Colin Jose NASL book, and the Hall will take care of you.

 

Book title: NASL: A Complete History of the North American Soccer League by Colin Jose.

It does indeed have EVERYTHING you need regarding the NASL.

 

I'll bet it doesn't have some of the "nasty bits"....
