OK thanks......I've seen a few teenage punks and a couple granolas wearing that stuff. I saw a guy wearing one on my team in before subbing in on a mild day before a game and said to him "what are you wearing that for??"
Both Dema and Nicky were wearing one (well, different ones) at the Blackout Party last week. I bought a DCU one once, can't find the dang thing. Best solution is to attend the game Or arrange with someone to pick one up for you.

I don't know what kind of commentary this is on generation gaps, or DCU for that matter, but I (also 29) only knew of a 'beanie' as a little stuffed critter. Clutching desperately at his 20's... noble
All I got to say is you people are way sad for not knowing what a beanie is, and yes DCU sells them at RFK. Also, my grandmother who is 79 years old, lives in bum fvcked Arkansas knows what a beanie is so what the heck is your excuse. that is a beanie that doesnt fold...now all i need is one that has teh DCU logo on it...i have seen people wearing them at games on tv, so i know that there is some out there
I'm trying to convince Miarox that the propellor Beanie is definitely the way to go. BudWiser found a perfectly good one for her on Ebay. Kids these days. Pft.
Seriously I don't want miarox to think there's too much wisecracking and chatter and she's not getting her answer. So nobody knows any way to get that hat (beanie) cept maybe at the stadium? If I go to the playoff game I'll check the stadium shop and see if they have that hat (beanie). She can go to the next game or just contact DC United to get one. And if there isn't one then I'll let miarox know. That's only if I go to the game-and if I don't DeKo21DCU you want to look 4 it yourself? That should do it.
I've got a better idea. DeKo, since you're certain to be at the game- Go to the stadium shop. If the beanie's there, tell them someone wants one and ask them how to get into contact w/them so they can buy one. Come here and let miarox know how to contact them. That work? That should work!!
We may have our priorities a little backwards at the moment. Yes of course, I'll check out the merchandise stand and see if they have them and let Miarox know. So much talk about it, I may get one for myself.
