Check your player's team's Transfermarkt fixtures page. Better still, pin it and check in from time to time
Freddy spent so much time abroad, he didn't make the right connections at home to get some position with the USSF or at least in broadcasting. Another reason why it pays for not-so-good guys to stick around MLS. Of course, Weah is not in the squad for today's Coupe game.
Must have the same Dr as Tyler Adams.... They say he is back in training... but is he really? This could take a while. Best to just check back in a month.
In a month is about right. Even in the best case, he's been out for so log that it'll take 2-3 weeks for him to return to physical fitness and another two to be ready to join the squad
Lille won today, which is good news as they are still in 2 cup competitions, thus enabling more game time for Weah in the future due to fixture congestion. I love saying fixture congestion too, by the way.
Soon Robin BairnerVerified account @RBairner 2m2 minutes ago Lille head coach Christophe Galtier says he expects USMNT striker Tim Weah to be "fully operational" by the end of January. He's still not fit just yet.
Serious hamstring injuries can keep you out a while, just look at Harry Kane. That looks to be about a 12 week injury if you believe their timeline.
My wife got a fairly major (but not full tear) hammy repair in early Dec. Still only walking a few times a day, lots of pain, not even able to do light exercise (and she's a compulsive trainer, tore it when she decided to casually work out with a track club of recently graduated college runners at the local park, and let's just say we are not anything close to "recently graduated...") - I've never seen anyone go through one up close, but it is a bear if it at all involves screws and reattachments. Apparently has a very high rate of success (being near the pelvis helps things grow) but the rehab for a pro jock has to been a challenge if it's a serious tear.
And if we're being realistic, the optimistic Kane timeline only happens if they desperately rush him back. He won't be fully fit until next season, which is more like 30 weeks.
Weah still on the mend, won’t be available for Lille’s weekend match with PSG.He’ll be “coming back gradually.” https://t.co/4AGqM4dRV3— Yanks Abroad (@usmnt_abroad) January 24, 2020
What a sad season after his big move this has turned out to be. Hopefully he can stay injury free next year and show what he can do
Amazed by your inability to read a calendar. We are almost in February and he’s still out. Tim is quickly losing his place both club and country. If you want to break a record by longest hamstring injury ever, you’ve done it.
