I mean come on, we need a separate forum to discuss Dynamo news, I personally don't want to share a forum with a bunch of coal-miners

p.s.s. If we start a "Naked Ladies of Ukraine" thread in this forum, will anyone care?

Jerseys, and a club called Olympia FC

Yes, and more importantly than even DK subforum - what about Olympia FA AES :) All I know is that they are a small, first division club from Yuzhnoukrainsk - and my wife says she thinks she grew up with the guy who manages the team. She's home now, so maybe she can get me some news on his team. HIstory, info etc - maybe even a jersey :) I may even set up a website for them (I could do the english, Iryna cold do the russian). Okay, it's a little slow right now :) Our local team (Colorado Rapids of MLS) suck right now and the EPL doesnt start until August.
Since the wife is in Ukraine right now - and I've asked her to look for jerseys for me - any opinions on who has the coolest looking ones? I have one fro DK for a couple of years ago - any other ones I should have her look for?

Well if you're into construction-cone orange, she should surely buy a Shakhtar shirt.

And the UNT shirts kicks ass, obviously!

I don't know much about Olympia Yuzhnoukrainsk, I never even heard of them. The chances of you getting their jersey, I would say slim to none. There are a couple of nice looking ukrainian club jerseys you can get, but they are hard to find. Dynamo Kyiv is everywhere, but everything else you will probably have to go to the club's city to find. As far Ukrainian national team shirts, they're out there, but all knock-offs.

As far as the Colorado Rapids go.... at least you beat up on Chivas.

The big question I have for DK management; when will Leiko fix his fukin' teeth? I say the guy needs full dentures. As if losing to Shahter wasn't bad enough, now you got a picture of walking gingivitus plastared on the front page. What did we fans do to deserve this?

    So..
DK is finally making some good domestic aquisitions; Rebrov and Rotan. Any thoughts?

Can Rebrov be considered a good acquisition? I think he will have to prove himself.

This is just nonsense! You don't just stop being world class. He was massively mishandled like so many other of our stars that went abroad. He needs consistent match practice, and in the new environment I have no doubt that he will be brilliant again!

That's just an assumption. You don't know that he will adjust or that he can play anywhere near his old days. However, experience is something you can't take away.

I hope he would be brilliant again. Needless to say he wasn't bad at Tottenham. He actually scored 4 or 5 goals in first 11 games. The issue was that he would play 5-10 minutes a game, if he played at all. And that was the end of it.

Right, we'll check in again in autumn. But he was not brought in there to mentor the young ones, he still has 2-3 years of top flight football in him.

The least he can do is force Kleber out. That boy is a dud.
