Poor Dwayne De Resario only got...what...2 minutes of playing time against the Metrostars. I don't understand why we decide not to play him. I know-I know... we scored 5 goals without him, but I can only see him as an asset to the team. And unfortunently he is an underutilized asset. Maybe we would have won 7-5 with Dwayne in....Remember the week 3 goal of the week.....??
My suggestion: Drop Landon to midfielder (that is what he's doing anyway..) and rotate the other forwards. What do you think?

Give Jamil Walker the chance, maybee im just a biased American NAT supporter but i loved what i saw out of this kid in the playoffs last year connecting very well with Donovan.

True. The kid (Jamil) is pure speed and pure talent; the excellent prerequisites for being a forward. It seems like we have too many talented forwards. We definitely must move Landon to the midfield. He was voted Player of the Match vs. Mexico at that position. He could control the game from there. It wouldn't matter who is on defense, because our offensive would control the ball 95% of the time. C'mon Kinnear!!!

I agree, i think a combo up top with...
    Jamil/Dewayne-------Ching
    ---------------LD --------
....could be the most effective trio. The only thing is will LD track back and help the D out like he did vs. Mexico

I'm in basic agreement with you all.
It should be Donovan at left mid with Mullan on the right and any combination of Pwamme, Brian C and Jamil in the front. The third guy stays out as the 60-minute sub. That will give plenty of offensive power.
