Is it possible to order tickets from outside Germany?

Ticket orders will be shipped only within Germany. Please note, that any ticket orders from outside Germany will not be sent. We will deposit those tickets on the matchday at the stadium. You will receive the tickets at the ticketcounter "Nord-Ost" at the "Nordtribüne" on presentation of the invoice number and your photo identification. Tickets for the "Südtribüne" (South stand) are sold out, but from most stands your are able to go to the South stand. If you prefer seating try to get tickets for West or East stand. Though only the upper tier will be available those tix are IMHO better than the corners or North stand (where also the away section is).
