Obviously most of us on BS are soccer fans, but where does soccer rank as far as your top sports? Do you follow other sports? Here's my top 10 sports in order of how much I care/follow them: 1. Baseball 1. Soccer (tie) 3. NBA Basketball 4. College Basketball 5. NHL Hockey 6. College Football 7. Tennis 8. NFL Football 9. Golf 10. Rugby There's a pretty big dropoff after NFL football. can't stand nascar. Let's see your list.
1. Football (soccer) W I D E G A P 2. MLB Baseball 3. College football 3. College basketball 4. NFL Football (mostly for betting) 5. Horses (If that is a sport) 6. NHL Hockey (though I don't follow it much anymore since leaving Detroit) The NBA is unwatchable anymore... I love high school sports, too, but didn't know if I should put them on here. Nick
1. Soccer 2. College basketball 3. College football 4. Pro football 5. Pro basketball The gap between #2 and #3 is huge. In fact, #3 - 5 are diversions when there's nothing else to watch. Basically the year cycles through MLS and college hoops (and Euro soccer). As March Madness ends, MLS begins. Then as MLS Cup ends, I pick up on college hoops, mainly Big West action.
1.) Soccer 2.) Boxing 3.) Redskins football 4.) Notre Dame football Man, I'm racking my brain here and can't come with anything else.
1. Soccer (Quakes, Liverpool) 2. Football (Washington State, 49ers) 3. Basketball ( Washington State, Anyone but the Lakers ) 4. Baseball ( S.F. Giants)
Big West action eh... then you are used to seeing CSF getting killed by Utah State in everything! (I'm a pretty weak trash-talker) I follow baseball very closely and I follow the Jazz a whole lot because they are our only major sports team.. plus how can you deny Kirilenko's mohawk!
Ah, yes, Titan hoops have been sucking since 1996, although CSUF did almost upset the Aggies in a tourney game a couple of years ago. We're dominant in baseball and we used to be good in soccer but it's been crappy lately.
1) Soccer 2) College basketball 3) Football (college, NFL, high school) 4) Other basketball 5) Any other sport with a ball 6) Track ... 999) sports with engines, guns, or fishing poles

Is pro wrestling considered a sport? You have to be very very athletic to be a wrestler, but it is a show.
1. Soccer 1. Soccer 1. Soccer 1. Soccer 1. Soccer 1. Soccer 1. Soccer 1. Soccer 1. Soccer 10. Tennis 10. Hockey I tolerate NFL because I live in a big NFL town, but I despise basketball and think that baseball should only be played and never viewed. I also like watching Aussie Rules Football every now and then, but I wouldn't consider myself a fan.
1. Soccer (Arsenal/DC United/USMNT) 2. College Basketball (Go Terps!) 3. NFL Football ('Skins) 4. College Football (again with the Terps) 5. Baseball (Orioles) 6. NBA (Anyone but Lakers) It's odd, I was never into soccer until 1998 and I played baseball from the time I could walk until my junior year of college, but soccer is by far #1 with me.
I grew up as big a fan of the "Big 4" as anybody, but I've just lost interest as I've learned more about world sports:- 1. soccer 2. motorsports (F1, World Rally, MotoGP) 3. cycling 4. basketball (college) 5. football/hockey/baseball - about equal
1) Soccer 2) Baseball 3) Rugby 4) Hockey 5) Cycling 6) Curling (full contact curling, not that crap they show at the Olympics)
1) soccer 2) college football (U of Nebraska) 3)pro football 4) I'll watch college hoops or NBA with friends 5) curling (I find it hypnotic) 6) sports hightlights of various great plays in all kinds of sports (golf, for example) 7) (from this point on, it's hard to rank): tennis, rugby, um....other stuff Motor sports--never.
Team sports: 1. Soccer, the Beautiful Sport, by a country mile or kilometer over all else. 2. Baseball (Oh, what they've done to it since my childhood). 3. Hockey (Same as above, with an additional groan). Individual sports: 1. Golf My perfect Sundays would be TV soccer followed by a golf major... either men, seniors, or the ladies. What man in his right mind would pass up a round with Grace Park ? 2. Bullfighting (I'd enjoy sitting in a section where you could root for the bull... I'm sure the Timbers Army could appreciate this... instead of fire extinguishers, they'd come after us with cattle prods ). 3. Rodeo Bull & Bareback Bronc Riding. Aren't some of those rodeo clowns really moonlighting MLS refs and linemen? Or other way around? 4. Tossup between curling and Bulgarian Face Slapping. 5. Wife Wrestling (Only with my own, of course. Always a squash match... willingly a loser, but always a winner just the same!).
