So K, when you call home do you do that whole Tracy Ullman thing?

    "Hello Mother, Its Kaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy"

If I went by K, I'd be all over that

No, I think she's a bit more subdued. Consider the Tommy Lee Jones character from MIB, ironically enough named K. :D

    ;)

I was bored so I just reread this whole thread imagining soccerbarbie as a bored, middle-aged man pretending to be a teeny-bopper just to mess w/ everyone's head. Kinda funny, actually.

Actually, that is a good way to read every thread on BigSoccer.

I admit it, I'm 14, and a girl, and only speak Slovakian

Oh, and Tabitha scares me...she has a witches name and obviously flirts with the dark side (DC and NY? How is that possible?)

Which is more pathetic? Someone doing that, or a group of middle aged men feeling the need to prove to a presumptive teenage girl that they're cooler than her because of the steadfastness of their soccer loyalties. Sheesh.

(Perhaps even more pathetic: a middle-aged man calling out his contemporaries for this kind of behavior when he actually more or less agrees with them.)

Hey, who are you calling middle aged. Just ask anyone I'm clearly pushing the limit for minimum age allowed on Bigsoccer...

McOwen - If you read the second paragraph of DC Forever's post more carefully you will see that he isn't actually be very holy as he essentially disavows what he wrote in the first paragraph.

    OK?

    MODERATOR'S NOTE

If there are no objections I'd like to close this thread in about 24 hours - say around midnight my time (3:00am Sunday in the East). My sense is that this thread has run its course, gotten way off topic and isn't really doing us much of any good.

If you disagree then post below and I'll reconsider. I'm not hell-bent on closing it so if for some reason you think it should be left open I will take those reasons seriously.

On the other hand if you want to get in any final thoughts then post away ...

I deeply concerned that I will no longer be able to stalk players, specially those on the other teams.

More importantly I am concerned with the closing time:"24 hours - say around midnight my time (3:00am Sunday in the East)". Is there some kind of hidden meaning? Is there some witching rendezvous that I am not aware of?

And last and most important, I will miss the #1 fan of Washington DC United, the esteemed Michael Mejido. I for one am very glad that he has recovered so well from the operation. Wait a minute he did not post in this thread. That really makes me wonder why he did not?

ps-Knave keep up the good work.

pps-If anyone knows where they are staying please pass it on! :D:D
