I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but I'm relatively new to this forum. Does anyone know where I can buy the current Portugal Goalkeeper jersey and shorts? I've tried Eurosport (www.soccer.com) and I've even tried several sporting goods stores in Europe, but no luck so far . Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
I thought I'd let you know that I've been following up on the Portugal Goalkeeper Kit (for those of you that might be interested). I've talked with Nike (USA) HQ+Special Orders/Nike (Spain) HQ/Nike (Portugal) HQ, and they all gave me the same answer: NO, IT'S NOT FOR SALE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. I would have thought that these items would be available at least in Portugal, but no! Did NIKE know something about RICARDO before the Euro2004 that made them decide not to make these items available? Giving his "stunning" performances against England in the QF (where the best save was made by the ref. in the dying minutes ) or against Greece in the final, maybe they made the right choice? Giving the heavy promotion in the sport of football (soccer) by NIKE in recent years, I must say I'm a little surprised, but I guess I've learned my lesson; not everything is for sale @ NIKE If someone out there has an inside contact with FPF (the Portugese FA) please get in touch with me.
