Just about everyone in the world can watch it through Naver, but since you are a young American male, you can't. You have to wait until you are an old American male. A change in nationality is also an option, or you can always get a gender switch and I'm sure they will let you watch. Edit - Just went to the site and they seemed to have changed the policy. You only have to wait until you become an average American male from your young American male status.

Yea, first become a Korean citizen and they will give you a resident registration number. That takes a minimum of 5 years. You are going to use the number to create an account in Naver. See you in five.
hmm i actually plan on getting a work visa to teach english in korea in 5 years then i just have to stay there 5 years then yay
