The reason I ask, is because most of the people at my house for the match were getting food, beer, going potty or just not paying attention. I personally was camped in front of the TV with a beer and a plate full of food and I almost dumped it when I screamed "GOAL"!!! Of course everyone at my house thought I was kidding (cuz I tend to kid a bit).....especially since I said it was Ching(they all know my feelings on ching).

    Where were YOU!!!???

I was a little shell shocked and wasn't really paying much attention to the game. After an 8.5 hour C-130 flight from the East coast and a couple of Guinness it, caught me by surprise. Lucky I was watching it on tape and was able to rewind and watch again. What a great start to the year!

    Go Quakes!

Eating dinner in downtown San Jose. I missed it live. When I actually saw it, I was laying in the den watching the tape.

Oh yeah, how was the radio broadcast? I didn't listen cuz i was gonna watch but I was wondering how it was. Funny thing was that I was gonna listen for the first two minutes just to get the feel for it but I decided against it......good thing......it would have ruined the suprise of Chings goal. Was it just a simulcast for the TV broadcast?

If you sit at Club Level in Invesco the tickets are $30-35, but there is a full service bar with TVs to watch other sports on and a good beer selection also. But not as good as Spartan. The hard liquor makes up for it. :D

It was 7:45 Sunday morning, I had just gotten home from a 14 hour night shift, I was eating a bowel of Cheerios with my eyes glued to the taped game, and I could not believe my eyes. First of all, I didn't even know who Brain Ching was. NOW I do.

I think him and Landon are going to make a fine team up front for the QUAKES this season!

I was plesently surprised... the radio broadcast was the exact same as the TV coverage. John and John are doing double-time with the play-by-play... it was actually pretty good for the radio...
