    From DC United.com:

I figured I would start the guessing game (again  ) as to how many minutes it will take unitl this no goal streak ends.

I will say 347 minutes. A second half goal as I distract Meola from my front row perch in La Norte.

Is the winner going to be the closest guess without going over?

I'm going to say the streak ends at: 294 minutes

323 - a 40th minute strike by Convey beats Meola near post

The real question is, which of these events will happen first:

    1. A DC United player scores a goal (for DC United, not an own goal) in league play.

    2. A DC United player again breaks an opponent's leg in league play.

At this point, I'm suspect that #2 might happen before #1.

329 minutes. THamlin rushes onto the field at halftime, runs the length of the field, and this time he finishes. ;)

MLS feels so bad for DC that they change their rules again and let the goal stand.

They'll take the pies from you at the gate if you're not careful.

  13. 290 sounds good - we score in the 7th minute the only way we know how at home - via an own goal. Back pass to Meola and he wiffs it and it goes in. Great highlight material....

Too bad for your guess..I've heard that Thamlin has prom that night.

I say DC get it over with and scores in the 4th minute, 287.

It will actually be 19 seconds into the game on DC United's first possession! How's that for dramatic! :)

Scoring and sex are over-rated.......thus sayeth them that hasn't got any. We may never score again, the beauty is in the build-up.

You said the San Jose Clash has the all-time record with 637 minutes. Whoa thats a lot of boring games. DCU went this far and might as well go for the record. I say DCU gets 638 minutes and then a cannon shot type goal by Ali Curtis coming off the bench in OT. The players go wild in jubilation and carry Curtis off the field. Former DCU Coach Ray Hudson watches the celebration at home on his TV.

How many minutes are left in the season?

353rd minute, S-kan gets off the pot and scores as a sub...
