It's shaping up to the NIners having to compete for a wild card spot, though you never know how things will go. I don't think the offense will improve that much under Brock. They are playing well under Mac Jones. He barely ever throws an incompletion. The defense is the problem though.

Purdy was purdy good but what "helped the 49ers win" the most in that game was the slew of penalties on Arizona. I think it was a franchise record. Somehow their coach didn't even seem mad about the penalties. Just completely poker faced, no reaction whatsoever. Weird. Not sure he's gonna last there. They also had some dumb turnovers at super inopportune times.

The NBC Sports Network (or NBCSN) channel has returned today for the first time since being shut down at the end of 2021.

NBCSN is currently only on YouTube TV, but it should make its way back to the other carriers (Comcast, DirecTV, DISH, etc.) soon.
