The first soccer match at PaeTec Park will be on June 3, 2006 when the Virginia Beach Mariners come to town. PTP opening will not guarantee that MLS comes to Rochester. A deep pocketed owner/investor is needed on top of PTP being completed.
Phase 1 will be complete in time for opening night on June 3rd versus Virginia Beach. They are still working on getting the ticket office up and running and they are offering season ticket holders the chance to buy 4 tickets for the opener. So it may be a few weeks until they open up single game tickets to individual buyers.
