I got neg rep for saying I like reading magazines instead on novels. Also got neg rep from some guy who made fun Brazil based on the Simpsons episode because I added the part about them having gay money, which was in the episode too but he didn't write it.
Here's a fun twist on the topic: Ever gotten both positive and negative rep for the same post? It's happened twice with me so far. This whole rep thing cracks me up.
nothing will happen.. huss isnt real.. im pmed him posing the question "who are you? i ask because i do not believe you to be real" and i got a reply back that simply said... "whys that?" naturally, i had no recourse but to respond " youre good huss... you... are... good." haha the best neg rep ive ever gotten was for claiming that i thought a thread about the usnt logo, entilted "us's 3 stars", was about landon donovan, mia hamm, and tony meola hehe
some saudia guy gave me neg rep points because saudia got out of the asian cupand kuwait didnt. so i gave have him good rep for that. i always give stupid rep out, because this rep thing is a joke.
Some Mexican clown not only neg-repped me for this, but did it with two different screen names (the same screen name, just with different numbers at the end) so he could neg-rep me twice. Of course he "needs to improve" himself, so it didn't hurt me any. Posts I've receieved both negative and positive rep on...that one, and these two. Anyone ever recieved positive and negative rep on the same post, from the same poster?
I cannot access that page, it says bloonhead, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: 1.) Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? 2.) If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

How come I can't find any posts by that guy? haha b4 they reseted the reputation system I used to be the one with the worst rep (thx to huss!) but I had no where near as much red cards as that dude. Think the rep system might be being abused in NSR boards, the top rep getters list reads like a roster for a FFA thread.
Do we need to go round and round again on the value of NSR forums? Is anyone ever happy with anything or do we have to change the rules quarterly so everyone gets to have their way some of the time?
Me saying abused was probably too harsh. But it's not about the value of the NSR forums, it's about what we were told the rep system was designed to do. We were told that NSR forums and posts wouldn't count toward rep. It appears they are... oh well.
To some extent that's true, but there are also a lot of other people on there who got their rep by a) being funny, or b) contributing some good or unique insights on the soccer areas. However, if someone is a regular in FFA and has a great rep, that still indicates they have a lot of "friends" around here, which is still useful information.
Some guy named MiamiAce gets repped alot. But I get repped a bunch too. One time I said the Galaxy should move to San Diego and almost got killed
