    What's next for Batigoal???

Some soccer promoter tried negotiating him to Club America which showed interest. However Batigoal wants to play in the EPL and will take any offer from England before thinking of Mexico. In case he cant reach an agrement we can say America will no longer be an option since they will most likely be getting the Uruguayo Washington Sebastian Abreu, The other Big Clubs Cruz Azul is after Palermo and with Tigres you never know..

    Its a possibility :) :)

    rivaldo a liverpool?

Omar Batistuta said to the local station Radio Mitre that he has two offers from teams that are in the Premier League, where he would like to continue his career.

The 34 year old striker said from Italy: "I am analysing two offers from English football but I can't say which they are besides that in 15 days I will let everyone know where I will go."

"It's very important that I want to have an experience there, in England, and that is going to be very important when the moment for deciding on the team that I will play for arrives."

"I am still in a good physical shape for playing two more years and everyone will still have to accept me for that time."

Gabriel Batistuta admits he could end his career in Serie C1 with old club Fiorentina after failing to find a Premiership side.

The Argentine hitman was a symbol for the Viola during the 1990’s and the fans even created a statue to commemorate his exploits inside the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

There are offers from overseas to tempt him away as a club in Quatar has written out a two-year contract worth £10m per season.

    BTW hes going to Qatar:

Al Arabi Pull Off Batistuta Coup

According to our sources in the Middle East, Qatar side Al Arabi have signed Argentine striking legend Gabriel Omar Batistuta from Inter Milan for an undisclosed fee.

Tariq Alsada is currently working on verifying the reports but the indications are strong that the 34-year-old forward has indeed agreed a one-year contract, which would mean that he gave in to the lure of a whopping final pay-day ahead of a less lucrative - but certainly more challenging - final curtain call in the English Premiership.

Batistuta is just the latest big name that the football-mad public of Qatar can look forward to seeing in the flesh next season, as German egomaniacs Mario Basler (Doha) and Stefan Effenberg (Al Arabi) have also recently agreed to see off their twilight in the oil-rich Middle Eastern nation.

Gabriel Batistuta's agent has denied that an agreement has been reached with arab team Al Arabi to acquire the former Argentina international.

Argentina sports newspaper Ole and French sports newspaper L'Equipe had reported that the 34-year-old forward had signed a one-year contract with the Arab team. "We have had conversations with teams in Qatar, Dubai and England but there is nothing concrete, he has not signed a contract with any team," Batistuta's agent Settimio Aloisio told PA International.

I-I'm gonna move down to Florida.
And I'm gonna bowl me a-a perfect game.
I'm gon' cut off my leg down in Florida.
And I'm gonna dance one-legged off in the rain.

Well they say that Sidney Poitier was a blind man.
And they say that LBJ was a Soviet Jew.
I said that when I go down to Florida [ways],
They're ain't no kind of sexual healing that I would not, should not,
or could not do, except this right here:

Well I'm movin' down to Florida.
And you know that I'm gonna hafta potty train the chairman Mao.
And I'm gonna make the governor write my doodoo a letter, child.
And then I'm gonna grind me a White Castle slider out of India's sacred cow.

Well, I'm goin down to Florida, child.
And I'm gonna build me the atomic bomb.
I'm gonna hold time hostage down in Florida, child.
Ain't nobody - ain't nobody gonna tell me what to do. Stepchild.

By this time I guess you've figured out about Florida.
Turn the muddy water into Vaseline stains.
They be makin' tadpoles the size of Mercuries in Florida.
That be tellin' Julio Iglesias what to sing, now.
Well, whoever said that Sidney Poitier was a blind man,
Knew the same of Elvis Presley, too.
'cause all the sausages that dance like Ray Bolger on the hood of a car in a traffic jam
Know just exactly.. what to do. Right here:

Well I be goin' to Florida.
Pole cats sit back in the Seminole sand.
You know when I'm in Florida,
Just like Vince, I want it all.
Well I went down to Florida.
    I got hurt.
So I took all the children down to Florida.
We start to get down in the dirt.
Well I'm never going back to Florida
    That's why I'm movin today
When I settle down in Florida,
I'm gonna explode the whole damn Tampa Bay.
    Get that boy to Florida,
And teach him what to do.
