I mean, OZ is gone, we're rumored to be trading or signing new, dependable talent, we have two allocation and several high picks, a new crest......Stinky, what can we still complain about?

You should complain that 99% of Metro fans place 100% of their faith in Clint Mathis - a player who admitted to not giving a full effort in some games last season, is frequently out of form and although he is our best striker, he may bolt to a foreign club such as Bayern Munich if he gets the right offer and leave us looking to fill the void. :)

i drink coffee from my new metro crest logo mug and await the beginning of the season....my puter should be arriving at work soon so i'll be posting a bit more.... what a void without bigsoccer....

getting ready to go down to see the nats in dc on sunday...anyone else going?

Stinky, you know I can't let you go without bringing up the Stink award? We could associate that with the offseason whenever an important decision goes down...or just wait till the first game....whatever,,,who is the all-time vote-getter for the Stink award anyway??? Do we have a total? That is a good question.

the stinky award has been kind of been replaced by the "bum of the week" designation on metrofanatic....

but as for the all time winner...must be zavagfag if memory serves me right....cause its the only name that sticks out.....

but if the stinky award were to be handed out...i don't think there would be any question....oz....

but maybe the stinky award will make an appearance next season....when it was around...i don't believe bigsoccer had the poll feature....so it might be easier....i remember counting votes and posting the results on a separate thread....ahhh those were the days....

Sweeper can complain that ESPN doesn't cover the Metros enough (hence forcing Veronica to not be able to show up in the swamp)....
