(hint: round to the nearest whole number!). 2) How many failed allocations have the Rapids signed. Please express your answear in scientific notation, and round to the nearest thousand. 3) You have sixteen similar white soccer balls, but one is the wrong weight. You have a scale, to comparatively weigh up to eight balls per side. Can you identify the bad ball, and identify if it is too heavy or too light with only three weighings?
