i don't want extra cheese, actually at some places i ask them to ease up on it

as for toppings, i'm pretty agreeable as long as there are no:

    mushrooms
    anchovies

    my normal choices:
chicken and on-yun (the #1 choice) or
    pepperoni or
    ham & pineapple or
    gryo meat & on-yun

i don't like too many toppings, it ruins the balance between crust, sauce and cheese

Extra sauce, tons of mushrooms, light cheese, and usually pepperoni or sausage.

I like the white pizzas, too. Chicken, onion, artichoke hearts, etc.

    Usually just sausage.

A local place makes what the call an SOB (Bacon, Onion, Sausage, and BBQ sauce). Tasty.

    Pepperoni is my fav.

I think the magherita is real good when made properly.

I look down on people who put pineapple on pizza, that just aint right.

I've raised this issue with panicfc before but I'll say that I enjoy an egg on my pizza.
Baked on. not hard-boiled then sliced on.
It's good in a calzone with ham and loads of onions too. Then you get the yolk with everything else.

    Man I'm hungry.

Still freaks me out - but next time I'm in the U-bend (where the hell is that?), I'll give it a try.

its pretty common to see and eggg in the middle of a pizza in italy, atleast in northern italy. For me, i think its nasty. When i order at a good pizza place its: green peppers, Prosciutto, peperoni, tomatoes and onions!! dats a mighty fine pizza!

Onions, sweet peppers, olives, artichokes, Italian sausage, shrooms, tomato, eggplant. Not all at once, though. Light cheese or none at all.

I love anchovies. One of my favorite pizzas is a simple pizza margherita with anchovies added to it.

forgot about Bertucci's - quite pricey to eat pie there. Normally we can eat for $20, but Bertucci's is closer to $30, and we get less to take home.

    Ewww.

I do like bacon and eggplant though, from a little pizzeria in NYC called V&T's (Vinnie and Tony's) which is on 110th and Amsterdam, right across the street from Saint John the Devine.

Several of my favorite combos are:

A veggie pizza with onions, sliced tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, olives, and mushrooms.

Meat special with Pepperoni, sausage, canadian bacon, and ground beef.

And for a little zip, I like combos such as pepperoni, spicy sausage, onion, green and red peppers, and garlic.

All of the above should have a moderate (not too much or too little) amount of cheese and a tomato based sauce.

I don't really care for sauces that taste like BBQ sauce or Alfredo sauce, and if I never eat another slice of Hawaiian pizza (pineapple and ham) that would be fine with me.

Now I'm thinking that pizza sounds good for dinner tonight.........
