I am hoping he retires with dignity and joins the coaching staff, or works with a developmental group. But, if he does not want to retire, this poses a real problem.

He is probably good for 20-30 minutes a game. Is that enough from a high salray no.10?

Can LAG ease him out without an El Salvadorian backlash a la DCU's experience with RDA?

If there is no top rank seasoned No.10 available within LAG's budget, can Cobi be slotted in to that role? He did some pretty creative things when he was used centrally late in the season, and that position does not require the same amount of running as on the wing.

Could Sigi go with a one striker allignment and use Glinton/Mullan/Moreno as revolving wings?

Just some food for thought and hot stove discussion.

It seems both Cobi and Simon are tag-teaming the central mid role. Not sure a traditional 'playmaker' in the latin since is really needed.

    # 10 ?

    Definately need another # 10.

Hopefully sigi is pulling off a jerry west type miracle again like with ruiz. and finding a hiding latin talent somewhere.

    This is a tough one.

But I agree, it would be best if he retired, maybe half way into the season, so that he can have a farewell tour!
