IMHO, it's anything to do with ESPN. Ok, everybody knows they suck, so why don't we get over it, instead of giving them the pleasure of talking about them all the time.
Any thread where two posters get into an argument making post after post that really say nothing and nobody cares about except the two immature dweebs. It's like a black hole.
What about the all-white road kits threads? What about "Title 9 is destroying soccer" threads? What about "Foudy is the anti-Christ" threads? What about "MLS MUST move back to Florida" threads? What about the "Check out these new badge designs on my web site" threads Ohhh, there are just too many to choose from. I'm so confused.
I don't mind attendance predictions hey if people enjoy it fine, I like reading the threads sometimes. But it's when people get upset or depressed about the attendance predictions then it becomes irritating. When people are saying... "This is so bad it's pathetic, I'm really worried." about what people are predicting...
Agreed. Threads that talk about moving teams and predicting gloom and doom for the league just because a game pulls less than 10,000 would be a better way to put it.
We haven't had one in awhile, because I suspect the perpetrators are slowly dying off, but "The Cosmos Must Be In The (sic) MLS If I'm To Take It Seriously" threads are fewer than the others, but post-for-post every bit as retarded.
Any thread that's first post has the word pathetic in it. Equally annoying as the Move San Jose threads are pretty much any thread where some delusional SJ Fan is posting.
Good, irritating stuff out there that I didn't include in the poll. Done over, I'd eliminate the Jim Rome topic - even though his mere mention drives me crazy. Rome is to sports what Limbaugh is to politics. Its all about the entertainment.
This has to be one of the toughest polls ever posted on BS. Full marks... I voted for Jim Rome, narrowly, because it's the only one that has nothing to do with soccer.
The most irritating threads are the ones that aren't about how to figure out the math to see just how long MLS has been around. VIVA G-T-E!
