I know there are other threads on this match, but I wanted to create one where we could just simply list some things to look for and follow in today's match. In order to create a nice succint viewers guide for today's match.

What part of the match are you most interested to see?

I looking for Clint to regain his scoring touch, and prove he is better then what we have seen of him lately. Howard fighting for the #1 spot. Twellman earning a spot in the starting 11. Also if Donovon and Beasly still fight for 90 minutes, and that they haven't become too cocky after all the media attention.

I most interested in evaluating the new players, especially the defenders. Are the center-backs capable markers? Strong in the air? Are the outside backs comfortable with the ball and able to push into the attack?

I'm curious to see if Twellman can elevate his game as well.

We know what these players are capable of in MLS, but not if these skills will necessarily carry over to the international stage.

To see if Twellman can translate his domestic success to the international stage.

Who steps up on the backline. That's issue number one going into next year. And the year after. And the year after.

I think it actually would be good for some of our young guys to face a hostile "central american" enviorment. This is what they'll have to face in the away qualifiers.

But you're right we do need to pick it up, so all our home qualifiers are HOME qualifiers.
