I heard Brussels was the worst place in Europe to travel. Then I saw this guy eating fries with mayonnaise and waffles and thought "that's my next spot"

    Brussels is awesome.

Also, Wing Wednesday at my local. I don’t eat meat but the cauliflower wings are great. The ACTUAL wings are famous for a ~14 hour brine. If anyone wants to swing by one Wednesday we can enjoy a nice tavern.

EDIT: it’s also two blocks from a dispensary if that’s your thing.

Just wait 'til they take the vein outta your thigh to reroute the blood around the jacked up outsida yer heart, so it keeps workin'. The process sucks.
    But it beats the alternative.

    Just sayin'.

    "Guinness is good for you".

I sometimes refer to it as mother's milk.

The Extra Stout. And yes, it qualifies as a meal.

Weird that the Bratwurst has way more calories than the Italian Sausage.
    Are those precooked?

In Wisconsin, pretty much all sausage is called "bratwurst."

So, some stores will say they have "15 varieties of bratwurst" and call Italian Sausage, Italian bratwurst. It's strange.

Haven't had a good Hotdog in forever. Wife won't eat them, even after her 12 year stint in Chicago but she was raised on parts dogs so just won't go there. I on the other hand have no qualms but since it's just the two of us now I don't buy them very often.

That being said, Italian Sausage is my preferred choice and in Pittsburgh there is no Italian sausage without red sauce. It just doesn't happen. It wasn't until my time in Chicago where I saw it approached as a grillable item and that is now my preferred cooking method (or in a cast iron skillet with onions and peppers).

Hot Italian Sausage is my favorite "encased meat."

My mom always called Italian Sausage with red sausage (and Mozzarella) "Bombers,"
    as opposed to
"Sausage and Peppers"- Italian Sausage with peppers and onions.
The onions were never in the name.

That says quite a bit about your mother!
Not sure what it says, but it says something.

OK going to add to the growing list of items for consideration in your travels.

First of all Villa's Tacos Los Angeles.
    https://www.villastacos.com/
My review is as follows-This places makes the most flavorful tacos I've ever had. In a town full of great tacos these were absolutely wonderful. Were they perfect? No... I wish they had given me double thick tortillas (freshly made blue corn tortillas!) but with the salsa bar, picked onions, guacamole and mango habanero salsa the sample platter was worth the price they were asking (which is high for tacos at about $5 per). So this place knows they are the shit which is different than being humble about it. It's just in a strip mall and there was a line out the door so a bit of a wait and you either need to take it to go or eat on a picnic table outside. I also ran into 3 LAFC fans on their way to go watch LAFC lose to Seattle so they were sympathetic when I admitted I was a Chicago Fire fan. Overall this place is worth exploring when in Los Angeles.

    Garcia's Kitchen. https://www.garciaskitchen.com/
It's just a little Mexican diner place with several locations but I went to the original one on Central for breakfast. I can't speak for the entire menu and I was looking for breakfast on the fly but what was remarkable was the Carne Adovada omelette. It's basically slow cooked pork chunks in smoky red sauces cooked into an omelette with cheese and served with tortillas, beans and potatoes. Twas delicious enough that I'm led to believe they know what they are doing with the rest of the menu.

Los Angeles -Langer's Deli. Like Manny's but for pastrami...#19 specifically.

EDIT: Oh yeah...BBQ in Tulsa, OK: Leon's Smoke Shack BBQ. AA owned REAL DEAL. Cool dudes, great food.
