To the 2 idiots who voted for DC United: please explain how winning 4 championships in 9 years is a curse.

Well, being cursed in sports immediately reminds me of baseball.

The Cubs are cursed by a goat, and the Red Sox were cursed by Babe Ruth (or at least the trade of Ruth to the Yankees).

None of the MLS clubs have a REASON to be cursed, thus, I don't think that ANY of them are. As of now, the teams who have yet to win anything are just unlucky (or just not good enough), that's it.

Unless, of course, Jason Kreis' move from the Burn/FC Dallas to Real Salt Lake gives RSL an edge over the Burn/FC Dallas to the point where FC Dallas no longer wins anything.

But.....I would be very happy with that curse, as long as the Fire can still beat RSL.

    (Hahahahaha... stupid Dallas.)

I won't say that Kreis was all Dallas had, but his departure sure makes it a lot easier to make fun "the other cow team". As for your worries about RSL, well, hopefully your Fire can light a Fire under their feet and not finish last in the East in 05!
