Count me in the dumbshit group, I guess? Leagues Cup is a lot of fun. The format improvements made for this year were well executed and enhanced the event quite a bit. MLS/Apple did well to make the final an event. Maybe someday DC will be average enough to qualify for it again.
I’ve been to games in NY (NJ really), Philly and Columbus but Chicago was the only place I thought it might come to blows just for wearing DC gear.
That goofy ass ************************ is a coach?!?!?! I can’t believe it. Huh? This makes no sense at all.
The news of Cremaschi to Parma was out before the Leagues Cup final, so him leaving has nothing to do with Suarez.
hmm, folks perpetrating like they from New Jersey...* Brawl outside Lumen Field after Sounders game : r/Seattle * I would have said Filthy but I was pleasantly surprised going to a game up there last fall in DCU gear and having a pleasant time with friendly home fans all around and nothing done to my car. Unlike going to eagles or any other sports team games in that, um, city.
I think they're afraid to suspend the Inter AARP players because it would be too humiliating for that team to lose to DC United at home.
Spitting directly in the face of an opponent’s coach warrants a suspension that encompasses all competitions.
According to Google, yellows, yellow card accumulation and even yellow card suspensions do not, but red card suspensions do.
I imagine there's no rush to announce any suspensions from that game since Seattle and Miami are both off this week.

I mean, Hector Herrera last year spat in the direction of a ref and his suspension carried over to Liga MX when he went there. https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/43347367 The Suarez incident is being covered by the global media. It’s a huge miss if MLS doesn’t take strong action.
Is it also a huge miss if the NFL doesn’t do something about it? What about Trump? The UN? I mean. The UN is useless if they dint take action! <trying the Socratic method here; nothing else is working> PS are you not aware that the Leagues Cup isn’t MLS but the playoffs are?
It's so weird that you're already doing the whole "Miami doesn't get preferential treatment" thing when MLS hasn't even made their ruling that Suarez will only miss games that no one cares about yet. But FYI, here's the relevant portion of the CBA where it says that, if they actually wanted to, MLS can suspend players from "any game or tournament that a player competes."
That’s not what is happening here. Im disagreeing with people saying they do get preferential treatment because we don’t know yet, and also, im saying it wasn’t an MLS competition so it’s probably not up to Garber. But everyone, thanks for the reminder that fan is short for fanatic
