Bohemia is nice but if I'm going with a pilsner I'll go with Pacifico or Sol. Take what you can get primo.
Carta Blanca is nice, haven't had one in a while though. Ya and sometimes it's even too early to drink coffee. Like that damn 02 WC that had the games on at 3 or 4 in the morning. Went back to sleep after the games.
What kind of 40? Country Club? Old E? Mickeys? I used to drink Mickey's or Mickey's grenades, but 40's make you take a nasty ass shit the next morning.
I like to experiment. I usually drink XX Lager (green bottles for those of you who don't know), Newcastle, Guinness, Carlsberg, Modelo or Tecate. However, when Mexico plays, I try to find a beer that represents the other team. I figure that the alcoholic buzz is one thing, the buzz I get from watching my team play is all together a different high. No need to confuse one with the other. For Jamaica, a Red Stripe. When we played Argentina I got me some Quilmes, for Canada I prefer Moosehead, etc. I figure it's one way of expanding my horizons. It is difficult for some games, like with the African teams, or with Chile (I wound up drinking XX Lager for these). I also live in a pretty bad place for finding exotic beverages, so sometimes I have no luck finding international brews that represent the members of FIFA.
