What is expected attendance for Saturday night?

    Does anyone, DanR, etc. have a read on how many tickets may have already been sold for match vs. th Crew? Hoping for a good turnout, but the weather may discourage our fair-weather fans.

    I'm guessing about 20K if there's bad weather. Would be cool if there would be 40K like in 2000 and 2001.

    This was a picture I took opening night last year. Judging from the weather, probably going to look the same.

    Also, this year's team...I don't know, lacks something that I can't put my hands around-very much a question mark. Last year there was the hope of the Mathis-Faria-Serna connection, that made the anticipation for the season very exciting. It will be interesting re: the attendance if the team gets off to a slow start that SA predicts in their preview

    Good crowd last night. The field looked nice as well. I'm glad that MLS is back.
