Ok so I was completely off the grid for the last 5 days and I expected the Union to lose and all but now I can't even find Fox Soccer Channel on my Verizon Fios hookup? WTF?

There is also Fox Sports Two. It is only in SD on FiOS. I think it is around 187 on FiOS. They have had a few soccer matches. I miss FSC.

The positive side to this is that Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports 2 are more mainstream channels than FSC. FS1, in particular, should be in most cable plans, while FSC was not included in most. So, you still have ECL, FA Cup, CCL, and future Gold Cup soccer on these channels.

In other words, soccer will be reaching a larger chunk of the general population than it did with FSC.

Jeez, 5 days? More like 12 months.

It was pretty much a forgone conclusion that FSC was going the way of the dodo back in October last year. And once FS1 started up on August 17th, they pretty much pulled FSC off of life support and let it die slowly.

People are upset about this? Was there really that much demand for year old Europa League replays?
