Been a few years, I know we spent $4k on cable ads. Targeted ESPN and TBS. Tickets were $7 in advance $10 at the door. probably pretty similar to what the Backs would charge.

We went from 0 season tickets to about 120, sponsorship went from $50k to over $250k.

we ran some newspaper ads on game day, bought some radio ads too, but the TV ads got us the most play. What can I say, I'm a miracle worker ;)

I parlayed the commercials into my sponsorship packages, giving the sponsor a plug on tv. Had we not had a tornado an hour before our final home game I think we would have have broken 3k in attendance for the season.

Soccer marketing is different, and not all marketing people can understand.

Restrooms on both the east side and west side? Those "temp-o-johns" don't count as real.
