I seem to recall it was Halifax but I could be wrong. I never left New York.
That makes more sense considering the band is from Halifax. They live in T.O. now.

First up 東京初期衝動 which is pronounced Tōkyō shoki shōdō which means "Tokyo Initial Impulse" *
The song is "Baby Don't Cry"
Second up are a band called Rum Kicks, from South Korea. This is "Goodbye song"
*東京 this bit is Tokyo. 東 "To" means east, and is meant to be the sun rising behind a tree. 京 "Kyo" means 'capital city' and meant to be a man holding a lantern, although you do need to use a bit more imagination for that one.
