McKennie 6 - Fa tutti i ruoli in questa sfida, da trequartista a centrocampista chiudendo anche terzino. Il tuttofare di Spalletti prova qualche spunto interessante in zona offensiva.

    McKennie 6 -
Plays all roles in this match, from attacking midfielder to central midfielder, even covering as a fullback. Spalletti's all-rounder tries some interesting moves in the offensive zone.

So it's delayed because of a near riot by Juve ultras and Milan and Como lead? What a bitter crap end to Weston's season. Just don't get hurt in a meaningless game now.

Season is finally over, what a disaster of a finish to the year. Really wish I was more excited about this world cup in a month to wash down these dog s**t club year.

Merda winning the league, Arsenal with the prem and possible CL double...oof what a year the soccer gods are taking out on me hahah

Ultras clashed before the game and a Juve ultra was seriously injured (suspected by a rock). Juve ultras told Locatelli not to start the game or they'd invade the pitch. Torino ultras weren't in the stadium because they're boycotting. Juve supposedly agreed to postopone 1 hour and visit the guy in the hospital after the game to appease the ultras. That's per the Italian pundit on Talksport's Trans Europe Express show.

So fun to watch Wes and Pulisic play CL (when they are at their best and in-form). Such a shame we won’t get to watch either next year in that competition.

I think like the 3rd or 4th chapter of "Among the Thugs" is the Manchester United trip to Torino -- an epic account of young male energy going into the wrong things. Seems like the more things change, the more they stay the same with the ultras.

Dare I ask what 'deep completion' means? Nothing to do with the players' personal lives, I hope - some things should remain private.

First time I've seen that terminology, so I had to look it up. From that app's definitions glossary:

So I think this is over-the-top balls or long progressive diagonals that are completed roughly in the opponent's final third.

Wes did this a lot with Yildiz in transition: Wes progresses down the right flank, spots Yildiz running down the left flank, and hits a beautiful long switch, leading Yildiz into the opponent's box

Yeah, it'd have to be passes that are completed at depth rather than from deep or there'd be too few eligible passes to make it worth keeping track.

One more data point supporting Wes' amazing versatility

Yeah, it's a little hard to sus out how this is distinct from other events, but the whole site is giving me "vibe coded"... erm... vibes, so it's entirely possible that it's creators also don't really understand the distinction

I suppose it’s better than having the body of an English train — unusually narrow, distressingly rickety, and constantly surveilled by a bunch of obsessive anoraks.

Maybe, but at least Britain has trains.

    The US? Not so much

Mckennie, when he is on, is on another level. He's just so class in every part of the pitch. You can see why he wins over every single manager he plays for in Italy. My favorite USMNT player since Clint Dempsey. Just something different about the swagger of these Texas boyz.
