Just read AP news that the back-from-retirement Barthez has refused to finish the season with relegated-to-be Nantes because of a serious threatening encounter with fans while leaving the stadium after a further display of sub-par goalkeeping.

Shouldn't Quentin be "loaned" from Troyes, where he rides the bench to play GK? Much better exposure at Nantes despite the fans. How many more games do they play anyway?

BTW, I don't mean to endanger the guy!

Troyes find themselves in the relegation zone and are certainly on the verge of going down with Nantes. Westberg has been on the bench for each match this season and was called upon to make 2 starts and a sub appearance due to an injury to their #1. If there's a mass exodus of players leaving because of relegation, it could be possible Westberg becomes troyes' #1. I think their current starter Le Crom?? has been arround Ligue 1 for a while and is a decent keeper so he might latch onto another Ligue 1 side as a starter or reserve. This might be a potential story worth watching!
