One player per post, makes it easier to debate. Feel free to comment as needed.

England's # 1 and getting better all the time in my book.

Would I sell him? If the offer was over £3 Million I'd have to look at it long and hard.

    Glen Johnson

Glen Johnson is a stud. Plain and simple, future star defender.

    WE MUST KEEP HIM!

    Tomas Repka

Reptilicus: Seems to have learned his lesson on how to play in England. Should get better and more confidence in D1.

Could be on his way to Turkey- Galatassaray have expressed interest.

£3 Mill and thanks for coming

Ian should remain in Claret and Blue and will be manly as often. He needs to stay injury free, and we need to have enough strikers so he doesn't have to play up top again.

Rufus: I mocked this signing, but he was great. I think his ability allowed Trevor Sinclair to play more naturally and improved his game as well.

Glad to have Rufus with us.

    Trevor Sinclair

Tricky Trev earned an English cap playing for us, and he could do the same in D1.

Reports are mounting that offers will be coming from some EPL clubs. We could probably let him go, but I want the magical £3 million.

    Michael Carrick

Carrick's demise can be attributed to the sophomore jinx. It was bound to happen, and he's bound to recover. I like this kid, and I expect he'll have a big year in D1.

Believe in your soul, Joe Cole. We must keep him, we must.

Hopefully SGE will tell him he can stay in D1 and still play for the England team.

Joe was our MVP - a superstar among the chubs.

    Don Hutchison

    Rangers reportedly want the Hutch.

    they can have him.

We won't get our £5 mill back, but something is better than nothing, and he's off the payroll.

Wants to stay, but I'm betting Freddy is on the fast train to elsewhere.

    Where is the question.

    Jermain Defoe

Jermain wants out, we don't want him to go.

He should/could score 20-25 goals next season. Let's hope he stays.

Can't remember the kids first name, but maybe he can play some games for us, and look like a player.

I saw a quote that said "He got Ricky Smart's circus in front of him reportedly defending".

    I nearly lossed it.

    Re: Re: Glen Johnson

I always thought Sebby would be a one-hit wonder. He wasn't rated much in France before, so why would we think he had become a superstar?

he isn't, won't be, and we need to move him.

They are saying he'll be in the 18 at this point. I expect he'll make the breakthrough in central defense before Christmas.
