Rio Ferdinand Frank Lampard Joe Cole Jermain Defoe (yes, I know he started at Charlton but he was at the academy from the age of 14 so he counts as a graduate IMO) You can also include Glenn Johnson and Michael Carrick, both have made full England appearances and are on the fringes (Johnson mainly stuck in the U21's) If you want to be really pedantic you could include John Terry and Sol Campbell but they were both really young when they moved on (about 12/13 I think) so it would be like Charlton claiming credit for Defoe's developement.
Tops in England, and more on the way it appears. too bad they won't be in Claret & Blue when it happens.
