    oh yeah, Kavanaugh's isn't bad.

batcave, the potential stadium in Harrison is a totally mess. You can read up on the disaster on other forums. Darn shame too, cause there aren't too many better locations in this country.

What a load of old bologna!! If you were real West Ham fans, you would fly out west and watch the game with me in the Crown and Anchor,Thousand Oaks California, gods gift to all alchoholics!!The food is great and the urinals are awesome!!Tell me, does your pub have night classes to teach the American staff how to say "ello luv" or "gawd blimey mate aint it taters".I remember the first time i walked in there and saw Sir Bobby Moores signed, soiled England shirt on the wall that i knew i had entered a sacred place.I look forward to seeing you all there on the 10th,(im the handsome rogue at the end of the bar, kind of a Sean Connery/Robert Redford/Sidney Poitier lookalike).Ta Ta G.

I must be a real WHU supporter then. I'll be there. I'll be the 6'3" shaved headed guy with the #9 (Before Defoe) jersey on. I look like a cross between Charles Bukowski, Nimoy Leonard and Art Garfunkle...only different.

Hi Gordon: Glad to hear you'll be at the C & A next Friday;if I'm not mistaken I introduced you to the place! As for who you resemble, I'd be inclined to say it's Marty Feldman!! See you next week, Cheers, Les

Most of the pubs we mentioned have few if any Americans behind the bar. English or Irish usually.

You could've just mentioned the Moore shirt and ended it there. Cause that ends all discussion, your pub is better.

I used to go to it's previous incarnation as the Pub & Grub when it was off Moorpark. Best place in town for darts and dark booths. I haven't been to the C&A yet as we were relegated before I came back and the Irons were never on TV when I checked. Seemed like a Liverpool place to me. I'm happy to give it a shot now though!

What on earth makes you people think this match is on TV in the US?
