Yes, its the ACL. Just great. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/headlinenews?id=267025&cc=5901

I hate to say it, but it could have happened at worse times. I'm guessing he will be back early 2004.

Will Brown's injuries make Fergie look hard at someone else to help in defense?

I suggest we get a new midfielder and move Keane back.

I've heard that he's now out until after Christmas, which is really a shame for both Wes and the club.

Actually, with G. Neville out for most, if not all, of the preseason following foot surgery, the early part of next season could be a bit dicey in the back. The only defenders on the current roster who will be available are Rio, Silvestre, O'Shea and P. Neville. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Keane as central defender experiment continue, with Big John and Mikael playing on the wings, especially in EPL games.

I hope Keano won't be that selfish. As gildarkevin posted, two defenders probably won't be ready at the start of next season. SAF has already played Keano as a central defender, and he has the whole summer to digest that eventuality.

They've taken the "Ronny Johnsen Suite" in the training room down and replced it with the "Wes Brown Suite".
