Why not? Charlotte has been on the struggle bus recently. They've given up 14 goals over their last five games. Their offense isn't clicking. Zaha looks like he's more interested in complaining than playing. On top of that, they have a CUP match on Wednesday (and maybe Dean Smith will think it's worth putting all his chips on that competition). The Crew will be lucky to lose by less than four goals. Discuss. Bonus track.
I have my ticket. First match for me in Charlotte. Going to check out the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Charlotte Speedway before heading to Bank of America Stadium for Crew v CLTFC. The Xfinity Series race starts at 4:30 pm, so only going to stay for about an hour of the race. But you can get into the speedway at 2:30 pm and watch some qualifying runs and so forth. I am not a NASCAR fan, but I have never been to a race (Cup or Series), so going in order to check it off my list of things I have attended.
Other than the e coli match in Mexico, this may have been our most miserable game last season. Time for some payback.
I once spent a few hours on Ocean Drive in South Beach and this video has reminded me that a few hours is more than enough for a lifetime. But Mac's Club Duece (cash only) on the corner of 14th & Collins can't be recommended strongly enough.
I want to offer some insight since I have watched quite a few Charlotte games this season. However, the thread title and posts have me laughing.

Charlotte had to play extra time and lost in penalties to DC. Charlotte went 1 for 5 in the shootout. Ouch. It would be a real shame if they have a physical and emotional hangover from this one.
Hey, they got a draw (officially speaking) and ended their 5 game losing streak. All fear the power of the crown! Crew by 1.
