We're all disappointed. But what are you proud of?

I'm proud of the fact that we showed a fighting spirit.

I'm proud of the fact that our tremendous comebacks helped popularize the sport in N. America.

I'm proud of the fact that we made it to the Round of 16.

I'm proud of the fact that we overcame a lot of adversity in this World Cup, and we did well with a lot of 2nd and 3rd-stringers.

For me, the World Cup final was Algeria-USA. No one can ever take away from us the feeling we had after Donovan scored. No one.

That they didn't just give up but really there isn't much for me to be happy about. They didn't dive and act like punks either.

I'm proud of our guys. They showed real resolve and that never say die attitude. They fought til the end and you can see that they gave it their all. Also, they showed like they belonged out there with the rest of the world and weren't intimidated.

It's great to see how they galvanized a whole country behind them and gave us moments that we will never forget. Great job fellas, you represented us proudly and we're all proud of you.

I am proud that we showed up and did what was expected of us and that was to make it out of the group. We not only did that, but we won the group and played a fantastic and thrilling knock out stage game that went down to the wire and could have gone either way.

I am proud of the boys, and am quite diaspointed and ashamed at how some on here have handled this loss.

I'm proud of the fact that we suck in the first 45 minutes of matches so when we barely squeek through with a draw it seems like a wonderful moment for the ages when in reality, we consistanly put ourselves in the worst possible positions.

For the US, barely getting out of our group than crashing & burning in the first knockout game is a failure. The bar is set higher than that.

Their heart and character but not their defense...

After their display in 2006 this time they did themselves and country proud. They didn't win but I still love this team.

I'm proud of the entire team! (Except Findley)

I'm proud BB proved me wrong in so many ways! (Except Findley)

And the crying USA fan, and all the other fans out there in pain.

Note: I really am proud of the first two, not trying to be sarcastic about Findley, I just don't like anything he's done.

Well we did comeback 3 times. Once from a 2-goal deficit.

I'm also proud of the fact that we are a fair-play team. None of the fake dives and other shenanigans that are the staple of UEFA and CONMEBOL.

Other bright-side note is that we did better than the following countries:
    Italy
    France
    Serbia
    Greece
    England (probably)
    Ivory Coast
    Switzerland
    Australia......and many other quality teams.

We should move up in the FIFA rankings.

I am proud of the I guess you could say blue collar work effort i.e. a Rudy type this team had. They have a heart of a damn lion, and it makes me damn proud to be an American. USA till I die!

Proud of Donovan, Donovan scored more than Messi & Ronaldo put together.

Bradley, Bradley shown great importance in the midfield, of course, Bradley's father is an idiot blow it.

All the games with the involvement of the USA were very interesting and you always attacked until the very end, I can't have any complaints as a neutral.
