Yes, but Wenger is the best at getting good players at bargain rates and turning them into world-class. Any manager can win with endless cash flow, but only a few can win on a strict budget.

But the paramount issue at stake is the yet-actualized potential of Arsenal, this year, and for years to come! Sure, he's still got a lot to prove, but Arsenal would certainly be in a sadder state if Wenger was not currently in charge and someone else, let's just say for *#*#*#*#*#s and giggles, Houllier, were at the helm.
