All- Welcome to the Soccer in the USA forum. This forum is, in it's essential form, a US version of "The Beautiful Game" forum. It is a forum to discuss all aspects of soccer in America that either don't fit naturally into the main US forums (National team, MLS, MLS Club Forums, etc) or to simultaneously discuss those topics that would make it unnatural to place in one of the more specific forums. It is an umbrella forum, one in which you can discuss US soccer (Men's and Women's) in both minute detail and broad scope. What threads belongs here: - Current soccer news, features and analysis about the US game - Historical threads about the history of the US game - Soccer culture in the US - USSF and Soccer hall of fame type discussions - Cross league, cross gender, cross NATs discussions about US soccer - Soccer fans, travel and support discussions not specific to a club or national team - US Soccer (style/culture/etc) moving abroad - Foreign soccer (style/culture/etc) making inroads to the US game - Anything else pertainent to US soccer What threads do not belong here: - USM/WNT news, analysis, fan/travel discussions - MLS news, analysis, fan/travel discussions relating specifically to club soccer - US/International team or fan rivalry threads - Shopping questions about soccer merchandise (please see the Store forum) - Media/TV questions specific to chanells or teams (please see the FSW or Business and Media forums) - Discussions not relevant to US soccer Thank you all for your help, espeically Knave, in getting this forum going.
