one of those articles said something about being in clubs all the time too. i wonder if some of the team's frustration with him is due to a lack of focus or commitment in training... like a certain other brazilian we just dumped off.

He was seen out with Ronaldinho numerous times, and according to the Brazilian press it was the reason he and Stephany Brito split. That and he got caught jerkin it on a webcam to some brazilian skank who leaked it to the press.

if thts the case then why the hell is pato still in milan..to be honest i see alot of players tht have more potential than him e.g jovetic playing for fiorentina. he outplayed liverpool n he is playing for VIOLA if he moves to a bigger team he will only get better n he is about pato's age as well

Pato should take a good look at Robinho.
When the latter started he was more promising then Pato, but managed to screw up what could have been a great career.
It seems that Robinho has changed his ways now, but it's too late for him to become a top player.

Hell, he could look at Ronaldinho who is the most talented player I've ever seen and only managed to have 2 or 3 really great seasons in his life.

Pato's numbers are incredible and Milan should not rule him out so easily, but the coach, management and players must put some pressure on him.
It's a good thing that Milan have options now and Pato can be benched.

why do u think pato is better??!! jovetic carried fiorentina when hes still 19 without their main man mutu, did pato do the same against real for e.g. when we needed him to be sharp he didnt impress
so wht jovetic is injured pato is made from glass if thts the case every season hes out for 3 months

The year before Pato scored twice for Milan in the Bernabeu, and had one unfairly disallowed versus Madrid @ San Siro. He also scored in nearly every game during the home stretch of the 08-09 season. He's a beast, he simply gets injured too often. Also, as much as I criticize him, you have to remember his peak won't be until he is 24-28. Which is 3 years away!

pato was not in the Brazil's World cup team for all these reasons plus he was foolish enough to argue with Dunga.
Pato has all the skills in the world but he's sometimes indecisive .His off the bal movements are poor and he fails to get into good positions .His scoring statistics is good just because he's playing for a big club like Milan..
If he was playing for a mid table team he may not even score than 10 goals in a season.

Ibra didn't score against any top sides either, unless you count Juve.

Well technically you have the Inter penalty he won and scored. But no open goals I guess.

Milan as a whole have not performed well against top teams this season, so why talk about this or that player in these matches?

It's not like Pato or Ibra missed sitters on those games, as far as I remember.

edit: things are really quiet around here, where is GiancarloC?
Is he suspended or have the doctors found and institutionalized him? :D

Actually, considering how reliant we are on Ibra these days, his non-performance in big games could be correlated to Milan's non-performance in big games.

Temporarily banned from the forum. Moises got himself into some trouble as well. No cause for celebration, but there is a bit of peace and serenity now as you all can see.

Haha Milan make Pato look better than he is, that's hilarious. He fails to get into good positions but hey it's Milan so scoring the odd goal (9 in half a season/18/14/8 until now) just happens. I guess we should go back to Gila, he is so great, even for the mid table teams.

speaking of gilardino..i think he didnt fail bcuz of his low quality or something..but bcuz he plays best with another striker, in his first season with milan he scored 14 goals whn he played along side sheva which is not bad for first season..but when ancelotti played him by himslef he failed, its not like hes ibra or R9

9 goals in 11 games. That kind of stuff doesn't happen on accident. 44 goals in 80 something games. Does not happen on accident.
